The technician stated that my issue may probably be sent to the Engineer Division at Dell. These work as intended, however the laptop gets no power from the docking station and is working off it's battery. the Ethernet port, the USB 3.0 ports, the VGA port. All other functions of this docking station work fine, i.e. The sad thing is if you go to Dell's website and look for docking stations, not one shown indicates what OS is required for it to function. Per Dell, some are not, (mine for instance,) but I was emailed a list that were. Docking station may not be compatible with the new windows 10 update.
